Spring is a useful time to inspect the underside of your vehicle after winter and discuss rust protection. AMR Automotive in Calgary offers Woolwax undercoating for cars and trucks.
Start with the vehicle’s condition
Road salt and moisture can contribute to corrosion. Before choosing a treatment, the condition of the underbody and any existing coating matter. If you have noticed rust or have had a previous treatment, mention it when you contact the shop.
Woolwax is a lanolin-based rust inhibitor used to help protect exposed surfaces. It does not reverse existing corrosion or replace repairs to damaged metal. Ask what preparation and follow-up care are appropriate for your vehicle.
Spring can be a convenient time to arrange the work, but the treatment should suit the vehicle rather than rely on a promise of permanent protection. For Woolwax undercoating in southeast Calgary, call AMR Automotive at 403-243-2483 or request an appointment.
