What is your vehicle doing?
Include your vehicle’s year, make, model and kilometres, along with the symptoms. Useful details include:
- Which warning light or message appears
- Whether the concern happens when starting, turning or driving
- When a noise or vibration occurs
- Whether the problem is constant or comes and goes
- Any recent repairs or changes
Different faults can produce similar symptoms. Your description helps focus the assessment; it does not establish a diagnosis on its own.

Parts warranty
If repair work includes parts supplied and installed by AMR Automotive, those parts carry a warranty of one year or 20,000 km, whichever comes first. If a part carries a longer or lifetime parts warranty, that parts warranty is passed on to you.
